Terms and Conditions

Below are our terms for booking space in the church if you are happy to accept these please go to our booking form to enquire about availability, the completed form is emailed direct to the Buildings Manager - Elaine Bewley

  • The Church, Parish Room and Upper Room are charged at an hourly rate. Discounts apply for multiple bookings. Exhibitions are priced on a daily rate
  • current Booking rates  are
  • Church - £20 per hour
  • Parish Room - £12 per hour
  • Upper Room - £8 per hour
  • Discounts for mulitple bookings made on the same application
    • 2- 5 - 5%
    • 6 - 10 - 10%
    • 10 + - 20%
  • Bookings will be confirmed in writing by the Buildings Manager – for preference this will be by email but may be by post where an email address is not available. A booking reference confirmation number will be given for all bookings
  • A 10% deposit is required for all bookings on confirmation by the Buildings Manager the deposit will be held against 
  • cancellation with less than 48 hours notice
  • damage to fixture and fittings
  • non return of keys within 7 days of the last booking 
  • The space must be left clean and tidy for other users – failure to do so may result in non acceptance of future bookings.
  • Payment may be made in cash or by cheque made payable to The Church of the Annunciation
  • The church space in is use for service and is not available on  Sundays  between 10:00 and 13:00. It may also be in use for church services at other times
  • Art exhibitions using the Church space may be left insitu during the times listed above
